Duties: Structural designers create
structural plans for various construction projects, following all building and
safety codes. They may adjust the design during the construction process, and
consult with contractors to ensure that projects are finished on time and under
budget. They also ensure older structures remain safe

ships towers, and others

Working condition: They
usually work in offices, but they travel regularly to construction sites to

Hours they work: Most structural
designers work standard 40-hour weeks, but they may work overtime if there are
construction issues.
Tools they use: they usually use computer programs such as, AutoCAD, 3D XML, calculator, and others
